Email us at [email protected]. Pam Quanrud is a rising 2L at Howard University School of Law, looking to a second career in social-justice-related appellate work. Pam previously enjoyed a thirty-year career in the Foreign Service where she served in an array of positions including Director of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS, Chief of Staff to Deputy Secretary William Burns, Principal Deputy Executive Secretary to Secretary Clinton, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Europe, Director for Europe at the National Security Council, and at positions in U.S. Embassies in Warsaw, Moscow, Bonn, Pretoria, and Kingston, and the U.S. Mission to the UN. Pam is married with two grown daughters and gives away trees in her spare time. |
