Katie ContiKatie Conti Katie Conti is a practitioner of public diplomacy with a passion for the arts and youth empowerment. She recently moved to London to pursue a Msc in Global Media and Communication at LSE, and will complete her studies in year two at University of Cape Town. She previously managed implementation of the Pan Africa Youth Leadership Program, a youth exchange program sponsored by the State Department via Meridian International Center. Other professional experiences include providing support to executives and development & strategic planning teams at Brookings & CSIS; supporting protocol & public affairs as a Student Ambassador at the World's Fair (EXPO) 2015 in Milan, Italy; international development program support, monitoring & evaluation, and communications at the Near East Foundation; social & traditional media monitoring with the State Department's Africa Regional Media Hub in Johannesburg; and several leadership & communications roles at Syracuse University. Katie received a BA in International Relations, Public Communication Studies & Geography from Syracuse University. She served as a 2017-2018 Pan Am 103/Lockerbie Remembrance Scholar and is committed to acting forward in memory of victims of terrorism by furthering peace & global understanding through cultural exchange and long-term relationship building. She speaks French and Italian, and some Spanish, Russian, and Wolof.

Aline GuzikAline Guzik 
received her MPA from Columbia University SIPA, specializing in Social Policy and Gender. Her studies focused on the interdependency between the urban and social disciplines by analyzing global policies primarily focused on boosting collective well-being. Her passion for international affairs led her to the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the United Nations, where she supports the Children in Armed Conflict, Colombia, and Haiti files within the Security Council. She also assists with matters of cybercrime, and humanitarian situations. Before moving to New York, Aline worked as a public servant at two chief social protection and public housing agencies in Mexico (IMSS and INFONAVIT). She's also a Youth Associate of the Mexican Council of Foreign Relations. She holds a BA in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.

Katarina O'ReaganKatarina O'Regan is an Analyst in Foreign Policy and Presidential Management Fellow at the Congressional Research Service, which provides policy and legal analysis to committees and Members of both the House and Senate, regardless of party affiliation. At CRS, Katarina provides authoritative, confidential, objective and nonpartisan analysis to Congress on topics relating to transnational crime, corruption, and trafficking. Prior to CRS, she worked on international development and human security issues in Tunisia, Bangladesh, Liberia, and Uganda, and in DC at the British Embassy and NDI. She has a MS in Foreign Service from Georgetown, where she served as Teaching and Research Assistant to former Secretary Madeleine Albright, and a BA from Fordham. In 2019, she co-chaired the WFPG’s Young Professional Network
