WFPG Celebrates 15 Years of Promoting Women's Leadership!

alt Dear Members and Friends,

This June marked the end of our year-long 15th anniversary celebration, a year that has given us time to reflect on the organization and on the increased role that women are playing in foreign policy.

Since Julia Chang Bloch and I co-founded WFPG in 1995 to highlight the voices of women and their leadership in international affairs, WFPG has prided itself on expanding the foreign policy dialogue through our substantive programming on key issues affecting our world today. Though our Beyond the Headlines, Embassy, Author, Celebrating Women Leaders, and UN program series, WFPG has highlighted some of the most influential women global leaders, from US secretaries of state, foreign ministers, and international officials, to leading journalists, corporate executives, and academics. We invite you to step back and relive some highlights over the last 15 years.

We could not have achieved so much without the continued engagement and generous support of our members and friends. Thank you for joining us in our mission to promote the leadership, visibility and participation of women in international affairs through our global issues programming and mentoring activities.

We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Warm regards,

Patricia Ellis
Co-founder and President
